Sometimes one just needs a bowl of delicious placed right in front of their face. Along with a spoon – a spoon is probably required. The best is when delicious means super fast quick as well. Frantic busy hustling is usually at an all time high in the mornings. This is why I stick to Breakfast for Breakfast that takes less than 5 minutes to prepare.
Here. Here’s my plate of morning glory – this is so idiot-proof that if you fail at ‘making’ (tumbling) all the ingredients into the before mentioned plate bowl… I’ll bake you cupcakes (I definitely will not bake anybody a bloody cupcake).

- Plate Bowl + fat free yoghurt + spoon >> dollop – with careful ease.
- Honey bottle (or a sprinkling of brown sugar) >> double squirt onto yoghurt.
- Blueberries + hand >> scatter onto honeyed yoghurt.
- Flaked almonds + hand >> toss onto blueberried, honeyed, yoghurt dollop.
- Spoon + face >> Eat.
